How to return a product for refund.

We appreciate your business and hope that our products meet your expectations in every way. If, however, you are not satisfied with your product you may send it back to us for a full refund. Products may be returned for any reason within 60 days of delivery.

Need to return a product? Follow these simple steps:

1. Email Your order number to Support@hviewsmart.com, and send the model number of the item you wish to return (if eligible for return).

1. Let us know the return reason.

1. Your refund request will be reviewed. If approved, you will be sent return instructions by email within 24 to 48 hours.

1. Please ensure that all return-approved items arrive in the original condition. Incomplete or inaccurate returns may result in a processing delay of your refund.

1. Once we receive the package your purchase will be refunded to your credit card or Paypal account.
